How to Sell on Ebay Express
Ebay Express was officially launched in August 2006 as a fixed price venue for "new" items. As the listings also include a number of antiques and collectibles the term "new" is used very loosely here. The major difference between Express and Ebay Stores is the addition of a shopping cart and checkout that allows the buyer to make one payment for multiple purchases. Ebay has a number of requirements for sellers wishing to use the format:
- An Ebay account with a public feedback profile of 100 or more and 98% or more positive.
- Listings must be on the Ebay main site in either fixed price, stores, buy it now, or auction with BIN format
- Listings must include a photo, item condition, and shipping costs.
- Have a Paypal Premier or Business Account.
- Pre-filled information must be used for media items
- Items must be located in the U.S.
- Seller must allow shipping to unconfirmed addresses.
When these requirements have been met, go to your My Ebay page, scroll the left side to Preferences, scroll to selling preferences Ebay Express, show, and click on include my qualifying items. Ebay has provided a list of items which do not qualify for Express Here.
