Create Ebay Flyers to Encourage Local Sales

Ebay a launched a new feature that allows users to easily create a "real world" flyer to market merchandise offline. The system allows the user to input either a specific item ID or to search from all of their listings. An item specific flyer will be generated that can be edited by the user and then either printed or saved as a PDF file. Tear off tabs at the bottom allow anyone viewing the flyer to have contact information.

Ebay U.S. 10 Cent Listing Promotion

Ebay will be offering a one day only reduction of insertion fees for Auction-style and fixed price listings on Thursday, December 27, 2007. Listing fees in those formats will be reduced to 10 cents. Listings created prior to that date which are scheduled to start during the promotional period will also be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

The promotion will not apply to the following types of listings: All eBay Motors listings (Including Parts & Accessories, Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles), Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format, Store Inventory listings and a number of business and manufacturing categories.
